From March 22 to 24, two experts, Wang Wei and Xu Jialiang, from the audit team of Fangyuan Mark Certification Group Henan Co., Ltd., came to Huayuan company to supervise and audit the operation of the quality, environment and occupational safety management system for three days.
On the morning of March 22, the first meeting of the three systems review was held in conference room 210, and the internal auditors of the company's senior management and departments attended the meeting. At the meeting, Wang Wei, leader of the review team, introduced the members, schedule, purpose, scope, basis and requirements of the review. Meng Xiaoxin, general manager of Huayuan company, on behalf of the management team of Huayuan company, warmly welcomed the coming of the review team, and required all departments to attach great importance to the supervision and review work, refine and implement the standardization work, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, learn from the review experience, and promote the management level of Huayuan company to a new level.
At 16:00 p.m. on March 24, the review group held the final meeting of the three system review. The two experts first expressed their gratitude to Huayuan company for its trust and support to Fangyuan certification company. They agreed that the leaders of our company have always attached great importance to the system management, fully implemented the system standards, and made effective improvements to ensure the suitability and effectiveness of the system operation Give full affirmation to patent application and market development of the company. At the same time, technical guidance is given to the improvement items found in this review. Finally, group leader Wang Wei reported the results of this review: the audit team determined that the company's quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system operated effectively in the past year and will continue to maintain the certification.
